Hi, I’m Smrithi, founder of Dayaa Healing and a life coach passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reach their goals.

I work with clients of all ages through virtual 1:1 coaching that honors both the outer and inner layers of life.

The outer work is focused, practical support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. This might include creating structure and routines, revising wellness habits, mapping out goals, improving communication, navigating academic, social, or work challenges. We might talk through a decision, map out your next steps, or set boundaries in your relationships or career. It’s direct, supportive, and action-oriented.

The inner work goes deeper—into the emotional patterns, beliefs, and identity blocks that shape how you see yourself and what you believe is possible. This might include healing from self-doubt, shifting negative self-talk, releasing people-pleasing, or regulating your nervous system. We explore your values, purpose, and story to help you reconnect with your authentic self and create lasting transformation.

This process is never one-size-fits-all. It meets you where you are and helps you grow into where you want to be.

  • Therapy and life coaching serve different purposes, though they can complement each other beautifully.

    Therapy is typically focused on the past. It helps you process trauma, navigate mental health challenges, and heal emotional wounds, and it’s done by licensed mental health professionals.

    Life coaching, on the other hand, is about who you are now and who you’re becoming. It’s focused on building self-awareness, confidence, and direction. As a coach, I help you shift limiting beliefs, strengthen your mindset, and move toward the life you truly want.

    Many of my clients are actively in therapy while working with me.

  • Absolutely! Coaching for kids and teens focuses on practical tools to boost self-esteem, improve communication with loved ones, and develop confidence. It helps them figure out who they are, manage school pressures, and navigate social dynamics. Through coaching, young clients gain clarity about their passions and direction, while learning habits and mindsets that support lasting growth and success.

  • Each coaching session is a collaborative and focused space designed around what matters most to you in that moment. Throughout the session, I guide you with thoughtful questions, reflections, and practical strategies tailored to your unique journey. The process is interactive. You will have space to share openly, ask questions, and co-create actionable steps that feel achievable and meaningful for you.

    You will always leave with something tangible to apply, whether that is a journal prompt, a new habit to implement, a guided meditation, or a mindset shift to practice. This homework is designed to reinforce the progress you are making and support sustainable growth between sessions.
